David Gilbert Booth (born c. 1946) is an American businessman. He is the co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Dimensional Fund Advisors (along with Rex Sinquefield). In 2008, he donated $300 million to the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business (equivalent to $340 million in 2017), which is the largest donation ever given to a business school.
