Pamela Fionna Adlon (née Segall; born July 9, 1966) is an American actress, voice actress, screenwriter, producer, and director. She voiced Bobby Hill on the animated comedy series King of the Hill (1997â€"2010), for which she won a Primetime Emmy Award.
Adlon stars as Sam Fox on the FX comedy-drama series Better Things (2016â€"present), which she also co-created, writes, produces and directs. The series won a Peabody Award, and she has been nominated twice for a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series.
